Do you have a favorite summertime beverage? My favorites, hands down, are the shaken tea lemonades at Starbucks.
Half lemonade + half iced tea = the perfect summer drink!
Starbucks sells a few flavors and my go-to is the shaken passion tea lemonade. It's half lemonade and half Tazo Passion tea. The tartness of the lemonade blends with the sweetness of the hibiscus, mango and passion fruit in the tea. Yum!!
Rather than spend a small fortune on Starbucks drinks, I'm determined to make shaken tea lemonade at home this summer. I came across a recipeto replicate the Starbucks version. I'm imagining a pitcher of this next weekend :)
I had fun photographing my drink for an assignment on depth of field for love your pictures, love your pages. To try something new, I decided to blur the beautiful setting. When I'm taking pictures at the beach, I would normally keep the water in focus, but I really wanted the drink to be the focal point. I love how summery the images look after running the Pioneer Woman's seventies action.
